Mentoring Program

We support emerging professional classical singers by offering mentoring, business and entrepreneurship training, and artist development.  Our mentoring sessions are focused on providing opera singers with key business skills for his or her career.

Opera Singers Initiative offers one-on-one mentoring services for opera singers. Opera Singers Initiative has created a distinctive Personal Development Plan that guides opera singers to establish his or her career goals in partnership with key mentors in the arts and business.

To join our Mentoring Program, performers audition to join our 12 month training program. Auditions are held in November each year.

Once ten opera singers are selected by our Audition Panel, we connect these opera singers with mentors in business and the arts for comprehensive yet specific one-on-one mentoring.
