Clay Deutsch
President & Chief Executive Officer, Boston Private Financial Holdings
Mr. Deutsch is currently President and Chief Executive Officer at Boston Private Financial Holdings. Mr. Deutsch began his career in banking in the 1970s and has been at McKinsey since 1980. He brings deep experience with a number of leading financial institutions, including particular expertise in the private banking, wealth advisory, and wealth management sectors. Mr. Deutsch has also been heavily involved in leading and managing McKinsey as he helped establish and build McKinsey's preeminent Financial Services practice globally.
Most recently, Mr. Deutsch served as the global leader of McKinsey's Merger Management Practice since 2006. He managed the Midwest Complex of McKinsey offices including Chicago, Pittsburgh, Minneapolis, Cleveland and Detroit from 1993 to 2005. Previously, Mr. Deutsch founded and led McKinsey's Great Lakes Financial Services practice from 1986 to 1995.
Mr. Deutsch has served as Chairman of McKinsey's Principal Review Committee, a member of the Director Review Committee, a long-time member of the Shareholders Council (McKinsey's board of directors) and Chair of the Professional Standards Committee.
Vikram Vatsalan
Vice President, Morgan Stanley
Vikram Vatsalan is a Vice President at Morgan Stanley. He is based in New York and focuses on Strategy and M&A for the firm's Wealth Management and Asset Management Businesses.
Mr. Vatsalan has worked with a variety of leading financial services companies and clients on issues of strategy, organization, and operations, including McKinsey (serving financial services, healthcare and non-profit clients) Citigroup (in its Consumer Banking business in NY, India and Dubai) and Bank One, now part of JPMorgan Chase (in its Capital Markets Business).
Active in community service, Mr. Vatsalan has also provided consulting services to the Robin Hood Foundation, Mt. Sinai's Adolescent Health Center and Wharton Community Consultants.
Mr. Vatsalan holds master's degrees in Business Administration from the Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania and the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, a master's degree in Chemistry from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, India, and a bachelor's degree in Chemistry from St. Stephen's College, Delhi University, India.

Ms. Hana is a currently a Vice President in the Technical Accounting Group of Chartis International Inc. Ms. Hana began her career in public accounting with KPMG LLP. She has worked with a number of Fortune 100 companies, primarily focused on companies that service the consumer and industrial markets. Her financial expertise includes assisting multinational companies to access US capital markets to raise funds through debt and equity offerings.
While at KPMG LLP, Ms. Hana also served as a National Instructor of professional staff for eight years, instructing on both developmental topics (including public speaking, board room presentations) and accounting, financial, and regulatory matters. She also served as a mentor of professional staff for seven years, coaching staff on professional and career development.
